OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your Dry Culture products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Dry Culture gear to good use sooner. 

All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Express service may not be available in all areas.

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

Dry Culture uses Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted or Express service is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. 

SHIPPING TO A MILITARY ADDRESS

Dry Culture ships to APO, FPO, or military addresses.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Dry Culture products as we are.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 15 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a DryCulture.co order. Dry Culture does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Dry Culture.co 

  • For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
  • All returns must be processed by emailing our customer service team at  thedryculture@gmail.com within 15 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Dry Culture does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Dry Culture does not accept returns on items purchased outside of the official DryCulture.co website.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
