HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD FOR MY DRY CULTURE ACCOUNT?

If you’re signed into your account, just head on over to My Account and and select change password. 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

If you’re signed into your account, just head on over to My Account to log in and click on “Forgot Your Password”.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?

Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Dry Culture email.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Send an email to thedryculture@gmail.com if you think there is a problem receiving your order. 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order. Please note, there is a short window of time (up to 1 hour) after order placement when your order can be cancelled. Send an email to thedryculture@gmail.com to check order status and we will cancel if not shipped out.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. Most orders ship out same day.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included.

HOW DO I FIND AN AUTHORIZED DRY CULTURE DEALER?

We are currently in the process of onboarding our first authorized dealers and are excited to share in the next few months.  

CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR IT’S OUT OF STOCK?

If a product is out of stock, you can send an email to thedryculture@gmail.com and we will notify you when restocked.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

No. Dry Culture Gift Cards are not available for purchase at this time.

WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMOTION CODE?

Once you add your Dry Culture items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.
